How accurate is the geo-fence?

GPS accuracy is typically within 10-30 feet. We recommend setting a 500ft geo-fence radius to account for parking areas and site boundaries while still preventing remote clock-ins.

What if someone doesn't have a smartphone?

As the manager, you can clock in employees from your device. While most crews use smartphones, we understand this isn't universal.

Can I export data for payroll?

Yes. Pro plan users can export all time data to CSV format, compatible with QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, and other payroll systems.
